4-H Family Information
Kansas Project Records
4-H members are encouraged to document their 4-H project experience. In the past, these have been called record books and KAPs (Kansas Award Profiles.) To be eligible for achievement pins, youth should complete and submit at least one project record to Cowley County Extension for review. 4-H project records are due the Friday after the Kansas State Fair.

***NOTE: In order to be eligible for any Member Achievement Pin, Cowley County 4-H members MUST complete and submit a complete Kansas Project Record Form (Personal page, story, Kansas Project Record form, pictures, Permanent Record) to the Extension Office for screening.
